Terms and Conditions for Royalty Travel Plus

Royalty Travel Plus provides a tailored membership subscription service that allows our members to book travel services (referred to as “Royalty Travel Plus Services”) over the Internet.

Our service is governed by these Terms of Service. The personalized service provided by Royalty Travel Plus for booking travel services, including all features and functionalities, recommendations and reviews, our websites and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with our service, is referred to as “Royalty Travel Plus service,” “our service,” or “the service” in these Terms of Use.

  1. Membership

1.1 Your Royalty Travel Plus membership will remain active until you cancel it. You must have Internet access and a Royalty Travel Plus subscription with one or more Payment Methods to use the Royalty Travel Plus service. “Payment Mode” refers to a current, valid, and accepted method of payment, as updated from time to time, and may include payments made through a third-party account. Unless you cancel your membership before the due date, you authorize us to charge your Payment Method the membership price for the next subscription cycle (see “Cancellation” below).

1.2. We may provide a variety of membership plans, including those supplied by third parties in conjunction with their products and services. We are not liable for the goods and services offered by these third parties. Different rules and limitations may apply to different membership plans, which will be disclosed at the time of sign-up or in other communications made available to you. By going to the RoyaltyTravelPlus.com website and clicking on the “Members Login” link in the top right corner, you can get particular information about your Royalty Travel Plus membership.

  1. Promotional Deals

We may offer special promotional offers, programmers, or memberships from time to time (“Offers”). Royalty Travel Plus determines offer eligibility at its exclusive discretion, and we have the right to revoke an Offer and suspend your account if we think you are not qualified. Certain initial Offers may not be available to members of households with an existing or recent Royalty Travel Plus membership. To assess Offer eligibility, we may use information such as device ID, payment method, or account email address associated with an existing or recent Royalty Travel Plus subscription. When you sign up for the Offer or receive any communications, you will be informed of the eligibility requirements as well as other limits and conditions.

  1. Cancellation and Billing

3.1. Payment Cycle. On the particular payment date indicated on the “Account” page, the membership fee for the Royalty Travel Plus service, as well as any other costs you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and any transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method. The length of your billing cycle is determined by the subscription type you selected when signing up for the service. If your Payment Method has not successfully cleared, if you change your subscription plan, or if your paid membership begins on a day not included in a given month, your payment date may change. We may authorize your Payment Method in advance of membership or service-related costs in a variety of ways, including immediately upon registration for up to one month of service. If you signed up for Royalty Travel Plus using a third-party account as a payment method, you may discover billing information for your Royalty Travel Plus subscription by logging into your third-party account.

3.2 Payment Options. You must provide one or more Payment Methods to use the Royalty Travel Plus service. If your primary Payment Method is refused or no longer available to us for payment of your membership price, you authorize us to charge any other Payment Method associated with your account. Any unpaid amounts remain your responsibility. If payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or other reasons, and you do not cancel your account, we may limit your access to the service till a valid Payment Method has been successfully charged. The issuer may charge you fees for some Payment Methods, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees related to the processing of your Payment Method. Depending on the Payment Method selected, local tax costs may differ. For more information, contact your Payment Method service provider.

3.3. Changes to your Payment Methods. Go to the “Account” tab to make changes to your Payment Methods. We may also use the information given by payment service providers to update your Payment Methods. You permit us to continue charging the applicable Payment Method after any modification (s).

3.4 Cancellation. You can terminate your Royalty Travel Plus subscription at any moment, and you will still have access to the service until the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable to the extent authorized by law, and we do not issue refunds or credits for any partial membership terms or unused Royalty Travel Plus content. To cancel your account click here and follow the cancellation instructions. Your account will automatically close after your current billing period if you discontinue your membership. On the “Account” page, click “Billing details” to learn when your account will close. If you signed up for Royalty Travel Plus using a third-party account as a Payment Method and want to cancel your membership, you may need to do so through that third party, for example, by going to your account with that third party and turning off auto-renew, or by unsubscribing from the Royalty Travel Plus service through that third-party.

3.5. Price and Subscription Plan Alterations. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans and prices at any time; however, any pricing changes or modifications to your subscription plans will take effect no sooner than 30 days after we provide you with notice.

  1. Service for Plus Royalty Travelers

4.1. To join the Royalty Travel Plus Membership Service, you must be at least 18 years old.

4.2. The Royalty Travel Plus Membership Service, as well as any content accessible through it, is for your personal use only and may not be shared with anyone outside your home (household members must be added to your account). We provide you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access the Royalty Travel Plus service and Royalty Travel Plus travel arrangements during your Royalty Travel Plus membership. Except as stated above, no right, title, or interest in the property will be transferred to you.

4.3. You undertake to use the Royalty Travel Plus service, including all features and capabilities associated with it, by all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, as well as any other restrictions on the service or its content.

Account Access and Passwords Any action that occurs via the Royalty Travel Plus account is the responsibility of the person who created the account and whose Payment Method is charged (the “Account Owner”). The Account Owner should keep control over the Royalty Travel Plus account to maintain control of the account and to prevent anyone from accessing the account (which would include information on the account’s viewing history). You are responsible for keeping the information you tell us about your account up to date and accurate. To protect you, Royalty Travel Plus, or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activities, we may close or suspend your account.

  1. Liability Limitations and Warranties

The Royalty Travel Plus service is supplied “as is,” with no warranties or guarantees. Our service, in particular, may not be available at all times or without errors. You agree to release us from all rights for special, indirect, or consequential damages. Any non-waivable warranties or mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you will be unaffected by these terms.

  1. Waiver of Class Action Claims.

YOU AND ROYALTY TRAVEL PLUS AGREE THAT YOU AND ROYALTY TRAVEL PLUS MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. Furthermore, unless both you and Royalty Travel Plus agree otherwise, the court may not consolidate more than one person’s claims with your claims, and may not preside over any sort of representative or class proceeding, where permissible by relevant law.

  1. Miscellaneous

7.1. Legal Framework. The laws of the United States of America shall govern and be construed in conformity with these Terms of Use.

7.2 Customer Service. Please visit the Royalty Travel Plus Help Center, which is accessible through the Royalty Travel Plus.com website, for additional information about our service and its features, or if you need assistance with your account. In some cases, Customer Service may be able to best assist you by utilizing a remote access support solution that allows us full access to your computer. If you do not want us to have this information, you should decline remote access help and we will assist you through other means. If these Terms of Use conflict with information supplied by Customer Support or other parts of our website, these Terms of Use shall take precedence.

7.4: Survivability. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in full force and effect.

7.5. Modifications to the Terms of Service and Assignment. Royalty Travel Plus reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any moment. We will provide you with at least 30 days’ notice before any changes take effect. We reserve the right to assign or transfer our agreement with you, including our associated rights and obligations, at any time, and you agree to cooperate with us in doing so.

7.6 Electronic Communications. We will only send you account-related information in electronic forms, such as payment authorizations, invoices, password or Payment Method changes, confirmation messages, and notices, to the email address you provided during registration.
